How long do I have access to the course?

Officially 1 year. But in all our years of being online we have NEVER closed any account. Older students who have finished their course usually still come back to do exercises, check for new course content and use the included reference.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a full 5-day, unconditional money back guarantee on our courses. No tricks here – if you’re not happy with our lessons or reference for any reason, you can cancel during the first 5 days and get a full refund. There’s no risk!

When can I start the course?

Most courses feature “Instant Access”. Meaning you can start your course within second after you have paid. Since you can easily pay online with a credit card or paypal account you can start immediately.

What is the difference between a book or e-book and your courses?

A book or even an e-book is only a written or digital page. Our courses feature unique navigation, weekly lessons, sound, quiz questions, interactive games and features which will help you learn faster and make the course much more fun than just reading a book.

How many lessons are in each course?

It depends on the course. Most courses have about 40 to 60 lessons, over a year’s worth of music lesson with a teacher. Some courses feature up to 200 lessons and thousands of exercises. And we still keep adding content to most courses every month.
In general you can finish the course in 3 months or faster.

What if I can’t keep up?

No problem. Your older lessons will always be available to you. This way you can study at your own speed or just browse back to older lessons for exercises or look up something.

What can I expect from the lessons?

The lessons are easy to read. Most lessons feature detailed photo’s to show positions, images, and charts. Being able to see how something works is usually worth more than words describing it. (And we usually do both.)

Most courses for instruments also feature sheet music (+ tablature) and sounds of the
examples. There are also drum tracks to play along with.

What kind of software or computer do I need?

Nothing special at all.

– A computer with internet access.
– A standard web browser (internet explorer etc..)

If you want to be able to play sound examples you need

– A soundcard in your computer
– MIDI playback (almost all computers have this, some laptops do not but even on these computers you can install Apple QuickTime (for free) and make it work)

Is the course available on CD-ROM or DVD

No, our courses are only available on the internet. Most interactive features would not work on a CD-ROM or DVD.

Can I download pages or the course

No you can not download the complete course. You can download a page or exercise (for personal use only) to your computer or laptop if you don’t have internet access all the time. Note that this will only work for normal text and the exercise that you are doing. All interactive features will only work online.

Can I follow the lesson in another language?

For now the lessons are all in English so most students from around the world can read and use them.
